Prickly pear cactus fruit concentrate - sustainably & ethically hand foraged straight from the Sonoran Desert.
Processed in small batches and slowly cooked down on a very low temperature to preserve all the health benefits. 50% of the water is evaporated to create a strong concentrated juice, so a little goes a long way. A few shakes of the bottle and your drink turns a delightful magenta color!
Great for adding to any food or drink you can imagine! Use for baked goods, mixed drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic, medicinal dosing - whatever you can dream up!
